Don’t worry, the courses aren’t gone, they’re just hidden from the default student view. If you want to preserve student access to that course, you’ll have to go in and make it available again. Here is a link to help you: http://edtech.mst.edu/support/blackboard9-1/courseavailable/

If you’re using a grading rubric for a group assignment, you may be affected by this issue. We’re currently working with Blackboard to resolve this behavior. ]]> 1744 Still getting Blackboard errors when submitting or viewing assignments? https://edtechconnect.mst.edu/2015/10/27/still-getting-blackboard-errors-when-submitting-or-viewing-assignments/ Tue, 27 Oct 2015 17:51:43 +0000 https://edtechconnect.mst.edu/?p=1738 Assignments submitted to courses between approximately 4PM-6PM on Oct. 26th were corrupted or only partially uploaded. If you submitted an assignment on Oct 26th from 4PM-6PM you were likely affected by this disruption of service.

Assignment submissions from that time window must be cleared and resubmitted. Instructors, you’ll have to clear the assignment submissions. Students, you’ll have to resubmit the assignment.

We at EdTech regret any inconvenience this failure has caused you, and we are working busily to minimize the impact of this Blackboard outage. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact either Malcolm Hays (mhays@mst.edu) or Razmus Kerwin (kerwinr@mst.edu).
