I always thought I knew something about music but it’s clear from his vast knowledge that I needed to broaden my horizons. Jim’s passion for music and for public radio no doubt puts a smile on many a face, both in Rolla and around the US. Let’s hope continues Sounds Eclectic because he clearly loves what he does.

I have also enjoyed knowing Jim as a friend and have never had an interaction with him that was not thoroughly enjpyable. I hope he enjoys his quasi retirement and his self-described first love in radio.
