Having been to Bolivia three times, I am envious of the educational experiences that await you.
I predict that your efforts in Bolivia will no doubt help Bolivians, but in addition will help each of you even more.
You will be able to apply your engineering knowledge in a real-world situation, under conditions impossible to imagine beforehand.
You will either hate it or love it–but in both cases your present world-views in so many ways about so many different things are about to become informed by your coming experiences in Bolivia. You will be enriched forever.
I predict that upon graduation, each participant will include this activity as one of the most valuable educational experiences of your lives.
Kudos to you and to those who sponsor your efforts.
