I would like to commend you on the accuracy of this report. It highlights the fact that the sprinkler system did its job by controlling the fire rather than focusing on the water damage caused by the sprinkler system. The reality is that the building might have been consumed by the fire or incurred significantly more extensive and costly damage without the sprinkler system. Especially given that the building was unoccupied at the time of the incident. There are too many reports that do not capture these facts. Thank you for the succinct yet accurate report of the incident . Great job.
Sincerely,
Mark Hopkins, P.E.
