He somehow seemed to get credit for partial answers with his heat transfer teacher, Dr. Look, that I never even thought about. He is still with Oak Ridge. I often thought that if I ever became President (which I might not want right now) that he would be one of my cabinet selections on the energy front. Dr. Wagner would be more than qualified for that position, unlike the political pundits we have now. He is one smart dude.
