Wed, 31 Jan 2024 21:31:28 +0000https://news.mst.edu/?p=49808#comment-396086It is with deep sadness I read about the passing of Dr, Hale. I took her Mathematical Physics I and II in Rolla in 1985-86. It was a tough class and Dr. Hale shared very complex ideas. After initial struggles I became comfortable and stared loving her concepts on Group Theory and her meticulous notes (I still have those notes in her handwriting). I later requested her to join my Ph.D. committee. Hers was one of the 6 signatures on my Ph.D. approval page.
My prayers for the family members and a deep respect for Dr. Hale for all the lives she touched. I am a better person for having studied in her class. With deepest condolences
